ParentPay

ParentPay is used for booking and paying for different items in school, for example, school dinners, trips, uniform and our wraparound care, Fun Club.

School dinners

Meals are booked by the parent(s) and paid for at the same time. Meals can be booked up to 100 days in advance and must be booked a minimum of 7 days prior to the day children require a meal (midnight cut-off).

A school dinner costs £2.50. Available bookings are now visible when you log in to your ParentPay account.

Free School Meals

Pupils eligible for Free School Meals still need to book a school dinner and checkout using this system. The cost of the meal will show as £0.00 if your child is eligible.

If your child is ill or will be absent from school, the school office will cancel the meal booking. All school dinners are made on site and delivered by our catering provider, Taylor Shaw.

Fun Club (wraparound care)

Booking sessions

Parents should book and pay for Fun Club sessions using their ParentPay account. Please see the guide we have made for steps on how to do this. The morning session can be booked up to 2:30pm the day before and the afternoon session can be booked up to 2:30pm on the day.

Changes cannot be made by parents once a booking is made.

Paying for sessions

Sessions need to be paid for within 15 minutes of booking and can be booked until the end of the school year. Sessions that are not paid for within this 15 minute window are automatically cancelled and children will not have a place at Fun Club.

The morning session costs £4.50 from 7:30am – 8:55am.

The afternoon session costs £9.00 from 3:15pm – 6:00pm.

Any debt owed will also be added to your Fun Club balance and no new bookings will be able to be made until this is paid.

Childcare vouchers

Parents are still able to use childcare vouchers to pay for Fun Club fees.

Please note: All vouchers must have cleared in our school bank account before they will be added to your balance. Pending childcare vouchers cannot be added to your ParentPay balance. If your vouchers have not been received in time, this may mean that credit needs to be added to your ParentPay account in order for bookings to be made.

We accept vouchers from:

Kids Unlimited

Computershare

You at Work

Sodexo

Care4

Kiddivouchers

Edenred Services

Fideliti

Government Voucher Scheme

Registration

Children who are new to Fun Club need to be registered with the school office before they can attend. There is a registration form to complete and a one-time £10 administrative fee that is payable. Please see the school office if you need a registration form.

Infant siblings

ParentPay works on the school management system MIS (SIMS) and therefore, GMIS siblings will not be automatically named in the junior ParentPay account. Adding GMIS siblings to your ParentPay account needs to be done manually. Please see the following instruction sheet for steps on how to do this.
