In Year 3 we have three classes - 3G, 3A and 3F. The teachers are Mr Garnett in 3G, Miss Appleby in 3A and Miss Fogwill in 3F. On our team we also have - Mrs Pollock, Mrs Ogden, Mrs Campbell and Mrs Caldwell.

Mr Garnett

Welcome to 3G!

I am Mr Garnett and I will be the class teacher for 3G. I am looking forward to teaching Year 3 again at Great Moor and working with our fantastic team.

I will be supported by Mrs Campbell in class and Mrs Pollock will be supporting the whole of Year 3.

I am the year group leader for Year 3 and also the Maths Coordinator for the school.

Outside school, you would most probably see me with my family, on the tennis court or trying to keep fit. I am a Harry Potter superfan and you may be able to spot some Harry Potter things around the classroom.

Welcome to class 3A!

I am Miss Appleby and I am really looking forward to teaching Year 3 again at Great Moor Junior School. Mrs Caldwell will be working alongside me as my Teaching Assistant and we both look forward to teach and support the children in a happy and inclusive environment. In Year 3, we have an exciting curriculum with plenty of opportunities to make memorable experiences throughout the year.
