Our class text isThe Raven by Edgar Allan Poe. We have enjoyed analysing the poem and participated in a drama activity as gossiping ladies to explore who we believe the speaker of the poem is. We had lots of fun inferring and retrieving information about the events, characters and themes - and of course, eating cake!
