5G and 3B Buddy for Children's Mental Health Week

Children's Mental Health Week 2023 took place from 6-12 February 2023. This year's theme was Let's Connect. We know our pupils really enjoy meeting with their buddy's so we thought we'd take the opportunity to connect with them and learn about how to promote our own mental health and wellbeing. What better way than to practise some yoga and mindfulness together! Many of the children said they left the session feeling calmer, more peaceful and sleepy.
