Complaints Procedure

General concerns that parents may have are best dealt with through meeting with your child’s class teacher, the Year Group Leader, Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher.  If you feel you need to make a complaint then please contact your child’s teacher, Deputy Headteacher Katie Higson or Headteacher Kate Bushaway.

Complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible.  If you feel that your complaint hasn’t been dealt with satisfactorily you can take it to the Governing Body or Local Education Authority.  Addresses can be obtained from school. Please see the download below.
